Questions

Everything people ask before they order.

Email us
How many photos do I need?
Four for the ears, two in each. The heart photo and the words on the feet are optional. Only have two or three you love? Upload one twice.
Can I use color photos?
Yes. Every photo is printed in black and white, so any photo from your phone works. Clear, well-lit photos with faces close to the camera look best.
Which size should I choose?
The 10.2 inch bunny is a small keepsake for a shelf or nightstand. The 15.7 inch bunny is the one people hug, and its ears show your photos larger.
When will it arrive?
We make each bunny in 3 to 5 days, then delivery takes 8 to 15 business days. Shipping is always free. Ordering for a date? Order three weeks ahead.
Can I change my photos after ordering?
Email us as soon as you can. Once your bunny is in production it can no longer be changed, because it is made for you alone.
Is it suitable for children?
It is designed as a keepsake. For babies and young children, we recommend adult supervision.
